  Elaboration and aging:

Second fermentation in bottle.
Minimum aging of 24 months.

  Tasting note of the winery:

• View: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubble of slow evolution, with good formation of rosaries.

• Nose: Clean and very fruity, with hints of apple, caramel notes and a background of fresh herbs and menthol-like balsamic touches.

• Mouth: Elegant and balanced, fruity and fresh, with notes of ripe apple and syrups. Very well integrated carbonic, with excellent sugar-acid balance. Long and delicate aftertaste.

  Tips and pairings: 

To taste at all hours. Ideal for appetizers, fish, seafood creams, white meats, goat cheeses and desserts.
Serve between 6 and 7º C.
