  Elaboration and aging:

A cava that seeks to recover the roots.
Second fermentation in the bottle with a minimum aging of 24 months.

  Tasting note of the winery:

• View: Clean and shiny. Attractive medium intensity cherry pink color with vivid violet reflections. Fine and persistent bubble of medium evolution with abundant rosary formation and dense crown.

• Nose: It is frank and fresh. Wild fruits dominate, especially highlighting the strawberry on a peppermint background.

• Mouth: Pleasant to attack. Well combined, rich and dense carbonic. In its evolution it shows its varietal character, fresh and complex at the same time, fleshy but light, highlighting above all the red forest fruits, where strawberry dominates.

  Tips and pairings: 

Ideal as an aperitif. It pairs perfectly with seafood, gravy fish, rice and noodles, cold cuts, white meats and soft cream and fruit desserts.
Serve between 6 and 7º C.
