Made with the classic blend of Penedes, from old vines. The maximum expression of indigenous varieties in its territory.
Second fermentation in the bottle, with a cork stopper. with a minimum aging of 5 years (60 months).
Tasting note of the winery:
• View: clean-looking golden yellow. Fine and persistent bubbles, slow in their evolution.
• Nose: Elegant, with fine notes of ripe fruit, vanilla and soft toasted nuances with a balsamic and smoky background of good complexity.
• Mouth: Fine attack in the mouth, with carbonic very well combined. With a pleasant evolution, where the creaminess of the foam stands out against a background of vanilla, toasts and pastries, the fruit of its long aging. Very long and complex aftertaste, where the aromas of nose and mouth are repeated.
Tips and pairings:
Due to its structure and aging it is ideal to accompany caviar, smoked meats, fish and salted meats, game, foie gras and cured cheeses.
