Made using the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum aging of 10 months.

• View: It is of an intense red colour and a sparkle of medium intensity.

• Nose: With an aroma of red fruit and sweet strawberry.

• Mouth: On the palate, it is round, light and persistent with a slightly dry taste without tannin notes.

A cava that pairs with appetisers and desserts. Combines well with custard cream, semi-cured cheese and chocolate as well.

Serve between 5 and 7º C.
