  Elaboration and aging:

Second fermentation in bottle.
Minimum aging of 48 months.

  Tasting note of the winery:

• View: Bright pale golden yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and small bubble of slow evolution, with formation of rosaries and presence of crown.

• Nose: Fine aging aroma, with notes of butter and toasted bread, on a background of ripe fruit.

• Mouth: Wide development in its passage in the mouth, with carbon dioxide very well integrated. Aging notes blend with ripe fruit, toasted nuances and dried fruit. The end of the mouth is broad, long and persistent.

  Tips and pairings: 

As snack. It also perfectly accompanies ham, Iberian assortment, seafood, salted fish, rice, poultry, meats and semi-cured cheeses

Serve at 7 to 8°C.
