Curiosa
Who says Rosés are out of fashion? The Curiosa is the centre of attention.
Grape Varieties:
Pinot Noir, Syrah
Elaboration and aging:
Wine made by maceration of the skin, for 24 hours, controlling the fermentation temperature. After five months in storage, it was finally bottled.
A selective blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah make up one of our most attractive wines.
Winemaking
Fermented for 25 days at 16 ºC. Macerated for a few hours prior to fermentation. Cold stabilised and sterile filtered prior to bottling.
Tasting note of the winery:
• View: Brilliant pale pink colour.
• Nose: Intense aromas of red fruit, spices and balsamics.
• Mouth: There are notes of strawberries, blackberries and gooseberry sweets.
Tips and pairings:
This young wine, due to the peculiarity of its elaboration, will be in the best conditions to offer you the genuine aroma and taste of Pinot Noir and Merlot during the first two years after bottling. Drink it cold.
Appetizers, cold cuts, rice, and pasta.
