STRENGTH
Grape Varieties:
Xarel·lo, Chardonnay, Macabeu, Parellada
Elaboration and aging:
Manual harvest and selection. Fermented for 26 days at 15ºC.
This wine has been made by the traditional method. It has aged in our cellar at a constant temperature of 16ºC and has subsequently been clarified. Its disgorgement has been manual and without freezing and the date of said operation is printed on the back label of the bottle.
Bottle ageing
>18 months.
Tasting note of the winery:
• View: Pale straw yellow. Fine and persistent bubble.
• Nose: Marked citrus and green apple aromas that combine perfectly with the hints of fine lees and baked apples from its 18 months of aging.
• Mouth: On the palate it is long and fresh with a well integrated bubble.
Tips and pairings:
The quality of the product will be optimal during the eighteen months following its disgorgement. We recommend serving it at a temperature of about 6ºC.
A sparkling Brut full of consistency with the pleasant aromas of aging. Ideal to accompany any meal, canapés and appetizers.
