  Grape Varieties:

100% Grenache

  Elaboration and aging:

A natural sweet red wine made with over-ripened Garnatxa grapes. It is a limited production wine that we only make in the vintages that the climate is on our side.

Winemaking
Fermented until the desired sugar/alchohol level is reached, prior to fortifying. Macerated for 183 days. Not clarified or stabilised.

Ageing 
2 years in French oak barrels.

  Tasting note of the winery:

• Nose: Aromas of very ripe fruit like apple candied in brandy.

• Mouth: In the mouth you can feel the firm velvety tannins combining attractively with the sweetness of the wine.

As an after-dinner treat, or to creat surprising food matches.
