Made using the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum aging of 36 months.

• Nose: This cava contains evolved aromas due to its long aging on the lees.

• Mouth: With a moderate and lasting sparkle, it is dry, easy to drink and pleasant. An ideal cava if you are searching for developed notes of lengthy aging with a creamy and elegant finish.

To be paired with a mutlitude of dishes, starters, sea food, rice or poultry.

Serve between 5 and 7º C.
