Pagès Entrena - Brut-Nature

  Grape Varieties:

Macabeo, Xarelo and Parellada

  Elaboration and aging:

Made using the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, with a minimum aging of 10 months.

  Tasting note of the winery:

• View: Its colour is pale golden yellow, transparent and bright.

• Nose: With fresh aromas of white fruit (apple).

• Mouth: The palate is of medium intensity and its sparkle is lively due to its youth, without being overwhelming. The taste is light and dry just as expected from a young cava brut nature.

  Tips and pairings: 

A cava for all occasions, conceived as a welcome drink, or paired with starters, cheese and cold meat.

Serve between 5 and 7º C.
