  Elaboration and aging:

Winemaking
Manual harvest and selection by two times. Fermented in new French of fine grain barrels. It was lightly filtered before bottled.
Ageing 
8 months in French barrels with battonage with its lees.

  Tasting note of the winery:

• View: Golden yellow colour.

• Nose: notes of ripe fruit, dry herbs and spices.

• Mouth: It has a rich texture in the mouth, balsamic and full bodied.

  Tips and pairings: 

This wine, due to its unique characteristics, can be tasted straight away, but kept in good condition it will develop new nuances in the bottle over the next few years. Drink it at about 10ºC..
